Requirements

• Experience in the insurance industry
• AML & claims handling experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Support policy-related queries, renewals, endorsements, and claims updates
• Process and coordinate insurance claims documentation
• Perform AML checks and ensure regulatory compliance
• Verify customer documents and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and compliance teams
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Escalate complex cases when necessary
