JOB OBJECTIVES / SUMMARY
SEA service support for company product with new machine installation, service/repair and maintain machines performance. Machine installations, buyoff and co-ordinate customer support request. Machines buyoff ensuring that acceptance is successfully completed in a timely manner. Provide customer basic training. Flexible for non-standard hours (nights, weekends, rotating schedules) common in 24/7 industries (semiconductor manufacturing).
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Give technical support to customers and maintain a close technical relationship. Adhere to quality systems, policies and procedures.
