About the job Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

  • Handle first-level enquiries from tenants and visitors via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service to meet tenant and visitor needs.
  • Record, track, and escape feedback, issues, and urgent cases appropriately.
  • Support tenant events, visitor registration, and daily building activities.
  • Manage parking applications and coordinate tenant information with relevant parties.

Requirement:

  • With 1 year working experience

Additional Information:

  • Located in Raffles Place
  • Alternate Saturday: 9am to 12pm, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm or 8am - 5pm
  • Up to $3500
