Customer Service Executive
Responsible for providing excellent customer service, before and after-sales support in order to maintain overall customer (including affiliates and distributors) satisfaction.
Responsibilities:Support the Sales Team by managing the full sales order cycle, including quotation preparation, customer purchase order processing to invoicing, ensuring smooth and timely order fulfilment.
Process customer purchase orders by creating system-generated Sales Orders and issuing Sales Order Confirmations. Provide customers with accurate shipping schedules and delivery timelines.
Manage and maintain monthly shipment schedules and monitor cut-off dates for Customer Purchase Orders from various distributors and clients.
