- Provide excellent customer service, before and after sales.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers on products and other related matters.
- Prepare PO, DO, invoices, and liaise with logistics partners to ensure deliveries meet customers’ requirements.
- Prepare shipping documents and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate import/export shipments and ensure customs documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Prepare sales and inventory reports with software.
- Request and prepare samples from suppliers and customers.
- Other ad hoc projects as and when required.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related fields.
