Functions according to Local Sales methods to support success of sales growth to strategy. Concentrate on customer assistance, order handling, complaint handling and help the sales pressure wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders being available in using fax, e-mail or telephone as well as for customers according to specific requirements, including bundling & consignment orders, at no cost distributions, returns etc.
- Monitor the complete distribution procedures (e.g. Circulation Facility and/or carrier).
- Set up special shipments on demand.
- Control and send invoices.
