We're looking for customer service representatives for processing warranty claims at an inhouse program**Responsibilities**:- Register warranty claims (electric vehicles)- Reply customer's inquiries on different models and common issues- Contact auto shops to follow-up on units being repairedWe offer:- $16,500 monthly base salary- Saturdays and Sundays off- 40 hours per week- Productivity bonus up to $3,000- $1,485 food vouchers**Requirements**:- Native or fluent English speakers- Schedule availability from 8:30 to 17:30- Work at site located downtown Monterrey (Barrio Antiguo)- Previous customer service experienceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $16,****** - $20,****** al mesBeneficios:- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasEscolaridad:- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
