Job Description

:What will you work on?
• Follow the order from order receiving to goods delivery. Cooperate with other department to solve the problems. Complete the order under the direction of supervisor.

How will you create impact?
• Handle a range of program management services for customers.
• Handle and coordinate orders from item quotation to customers, sample arrangement, customer PO management (from PO receipt to shipment), shipment instruction release, customers required testing, inspection arrangements, and customer service.
• Oversee direct import or intracompany order fulfillment and respond for order related issue.
• Communicate with buyers/buying offices, promptly respond to queries, and ensure promises are kept, review KPI, maintain and expand relationship with existing customers.
