Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Specialist

Link-Worldwide in Mexico is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders and enhance communication between the organization and its clients. The role requires effective coordination with Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain within a manufacturing context. Skills in ERP systems and strong communication abilities in English are preferred.
