We’re currently hiring for a full time Customer Service Professional (CSP) for our Edmonton Customer Solutions Centre. In this role, you’ll be challenged to think on your feet, learn on the job and get a little bit better each and every day, with the support of a team that always has your back. There’s more to any job than words on a page, but at the core of this position is understanding and meeting our customers’ needs. As a Customer Service Professional, you’ll be a key brand ambassador – listening to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your role is to provide clear information, resolve issues, and process transactions seamlessly.
