Amentum have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Customer Service Representative based in Alice Springs, Australia
The role will see you working as part of a high-performing team and reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, responsible for delivering timely, accurate and professional support for customers across a high-volume environment. The role manages a wide range of enquiries and service requests, including TQ accommodation support, maintenance work orders and general information and works closely with the Planning and Scheduling team to coordinate work order creation, issue notifications, monitor job progress, and ensure the accurate close out of completed requests.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Manage site office operations including room and phone payments, Wi-Fi passwords, online accounts and locker assignments.
+ Work Order administration management including close outs and scanning.
