Customer Service Representative

Position Summary A global organization supporting North American operations is seeking a Customer service, representative to provide administrative and operational support to teams in the United States.This role is primarily back-office focused, responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, internal coordination, and operational continuity.Direct customer interaction is minimal and occurs only when necessary.Key Responsibilities- Accurately process customer orders, returns, and credit notes.
- Support the resolution of customer-related issues through internal coordination.
- Review daily order book reports and address discrepancies to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and controls.
- Provide administrative and operational support to frontline Customer Engagement teams.
