Customer Service Representative (Danish-speaking) – Barcelona (Remote/Hybrid)

Location: Barcelona (work-from-home possible, but must be based locally)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (39h/week)

Salary: €22,000 gross/year + up to €4,000 bonus

Start date: ASAP

What you'll do:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide support and solutions in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues

What we're looking for:

• C2 Danish + good English
• Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Based in Barcelona (or able to relocate independently)
