The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers, handle inquiries related to insurance products and claims, and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies and claims via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on first-call resolution
