About the role
- Answer and resolve any questions and/or complaints that customers have regarding their policy with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide information to potential new customers who have questions regarding the products and services.
- Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Position requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in the insurance industry and customer support experience
- Familiar with Omnichannel CRM systems and practices
- Knowledge of insurance investment business an asset
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
