Customer Service Representative

+ Start Date: July 27, 2026

+ Location: Mesa, AZ 85202

+ Shift: Multiple shifts available (including early morning 5AM–1PM, mid-day, and evening up to 9PM; Monday–Saturday)

What You’ll Do

+ Provide top-tier support to customers via email, phone, and chat, with a strong focus on written communication

+ Handle order processing, data entry, and issue resolution with high attention to detail

+ Act as a problem-solver and customer advocate, ensuring a positive experience for schools and end users

Qualifications

+ 1.5–2+ years of customer service experience

+ Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office + email platforms required; Google Apps a plus)

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Comfortable in a high-volume email environment (majority of day)
