**Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday**

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our nationwide operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth order processing, strong customer relationships, and seamless communication across departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Enter and manage customer orders (stock, extrusion, and replenishment)
+ Maintain and update customer files, quotes, and part numbers
+ Coordinate with Production, Shipping, Sales, and Accounting teams
+ Assist customers with order status, tracking, pricing, and general inquiries
+ Prepare orders for production scheduling...
