What you'll do:
- Resolve issues related to orders, products, billing, shipments, or general support.
- Log all interactions accurately and follow up on cases until completion.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to internal teams when appropriate.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as CSAT, FCR, AHT, and response time.
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on products, services, and policies.
