 As a Customer Service Representative, you will support Hispanic/Latino and Anglo small and medium sized business owners located in the U.S by answering questions, offering advice, and leveraging resources to find solutions when merchants run into challenges with their payment processing account.

 A brief morning team meeting to keep up to date and crowd-source answers to questions
