We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our team in **Roma Norte, Mexico City**.

- Update and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Communicate with U.S.based teams in English.
**Requirements**:- Advanced English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
