Overview

Billingual and Trillingual Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to support operations. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer support through a call center environment, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone and/or digital channels
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and service requests efficiently
  • Provide accurate information regarding AT&T products and services
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication
  • Follow established processes and compliance guidelines
  • Meet KPIs such as productivity, quality, and customer experience metrics

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Customer Care
  • English Advanced level
  • Portuguese Advanced level (for trillingual position only)
