As a Customer Service Representative for our Sales Account, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist customers with product selection and order processing.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy.
Skills and Qualifications
- Open to both college graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in BPO Sales (Advertising Sales, Hard Selling, Upselling, or Inbound/Outbound Sales) or 1 year of experience in BPO Marketing
- Familiarity with using social media and online advertising products is an advantage
- Technical or digital experience is an advantage
