Where You’ll Make a Difference?

• Manage the full order-to-cash cycle (order entry, confirmation, tracking, and closure in SAP).
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring proactive communication.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Provide regional support to LATAM strategic accounts, resolving operational issues.
