You will be handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and written requests, aiming to resolve queries first time and in the right way.

Experience in working within financial services, ideally in life and pensions.

Experience in speaking to customers about their life and pension policies, confidently, and with empathy. Taking ownership, making sure every customer feels heard and supported.
