Role Summary
Support employees from multiple client companies by assisting with backup childcare and in ‑ home care solutions. Handle inbound calls and place outbound calls to care providers to help employees continue their workday without disruption.

Responsibilities


+ Take inbound support calls from employees

+ Place outbound calls to childcare centers and in ‑ home care networks

+ Identify care needs and coordinate solutions

+ Accurately document call details

+ Collaborate with team members and departments


Requirements


+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 1+ year experience in customer service, help desk, or call center

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
