Overview
In this role, you’ll be the engine that keeps our business running smoothly. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day administration, making sure everything is handled with accuracy, speed, and care. By keeping tasks on track and aligned with our systems and policies, you’ll help the team focus on what matters most. When challenges pop up, you’ll be the one to jump in, solve them quickly, and keep momentum going.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience in customer service and logistics within a distribution environment (essential).
- Strong educational background : GCSEs in at least five subjects, including English and Mathematics.
- Commercial awareness , with a solid understanding of key business drivers such as volumes, revenue, and gross margin.
- Knowledge of freight, shipping, and export procedures , including documentation requirements. <...
