Evergreen Permits is hiring a Customer Service Representative with residential construction or architectural knowledge to help us qualify inbound leads, clarify project scope, and create an excellent first experience for new clients. This is not generic customer support — it's a communication-heavy role for someone who can speak confidently about remodels, additions, garages, and ADU/DADU projects.
Evergreen Permits helps contractors, developers, and small architecture teams across the Seattle area navigate residential permitting. We prepare permit-ready documentation and manage submittals through the approval process so our clients can stay focused on building.
