We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a Voice Account to join our team in Giga Tower, Quezon City . The CSR will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and deliver a professional and friendly customer experience. This role requires confidence in phone communication and the ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year BPO experience , preferably in a voice account (required)
- Strong English verbal communication skills with clear diction
- Customer-oriented with strong listening and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Willing to work onsite at Giga Tower, Quezon City
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
