Job Description

As a Customer Service Sales Specialist , you will drive and grow our service business across Finland. This is a highly visible, customer‑facing role combining technical credibility with commercial ownership.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, biomedical departments, and our sales and service teams to develop long‑term service partnerships across Imaging, IGT and Ultrasound solutions.

Your role:

• Developing and executing a strategic and tactical sales plan include sales of Service Contracts both independently and together with the Account Sales Team.
• Maintaining relationships with Key Account Manager to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissions
• Preparing and delivering accurate business forecasting monthly via accurate lead and opportunity management
