Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Esplanade MRT)

Contract Period: 2 years (option to extend)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturdays: 8am to 5.30pm
  • Service not required on gazetted public holidays

Job scope:

  • Manage queue operations for smooth flow of visitors
  • Deliver excellent customer experience by assisting with registration and handling enquiries
  • Monitor the usage of self-service kiosks and provide basic technical troubleshooting support when required
  • Assist in the verification of supporting documents in accordance with established procedures
  • Perform administrative duties, including the setup and shutdown of self-service kiosks, and preparing reports

Job requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
