Order and system management
Collect customer order and negotiate delivery time based on customer requirement and inventory fulfillment
System operation/data maintenance in SBD & customers' systems, such as price maintenance and update, order confirmation
Work with various departments to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time
Status tracking and feedback
Scope incl. FC to order, order to delivery, delivery to shipment, consignment inventory
Timely feedback and support of various orders problems
Bill to cash mgmt.
Reconciling with customers, billing, and cooperating with related departments to improve DSO
Sales support:
act as an interface (one window but not only window)of customer requirements and complains to provide feedback and solution
Sales forecast driving
Closely cooperate with customers and sales team to collect sales forecast and market info.
