Onze Customer Service afdeling bestaat uit drie onderdelen die nauw samenwerken: Customer Service (CS), Customer Service Terminal Agent (CST) en Traffic Control (TC). Vanuit de terminal vervul je een belangrijke rol en fungeer je als schakel tussen deze afdelingen. Deze rol is goed te combineren met een studie door de flexibele werktijden.
