About the job Customer Services Team Leader

Key purpose:

To manage supervise planners, internal sales coordinators and cash sales personnel.

Duties and experience:

  • Issue weekly production schedules for production requirements.
  • Plans are up to date and always showing an accurate reflection of what is running.
  • Plan reflects all job delays.
  • Planning information prepared for review against actual production submitted by plants.
  • Sending communication, when required, on priorities that should be loaded onto trucks if requested by relevant sales manager
  • Ensuring that adequate buffer levels are always in place.
  • Secure the necessary moulds before scheduling the new production run for the plants.
  • Placing orders with external & internal suppliers and following up the execution of the order.
