About this opportunity

We are looking for a RAN Solutions Manager to drive the evolution and adoption of Ericsson’s high‑performing 4G/5G (and future 6G) RAN portfolio with our customers. In this role, you will combine deep RAN domain expertise with customer‑facing leadership to shape winning solutions across purpose‑built RAN, Cloud RAN and Open RAN, including intelligent RAN automation and AI‑driven capabilities. You will be a key interface between customers, Customer Units/Market Areas, Product Management and R&D, translating customer needs and market insights into concrete solution roadmaps and value propositions that strengthen Ericsson’s position and enable profitable growth.
