It is a 100% on-site position in Barcelona for the first 6 months, after which it transitions to a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers who drive automobiles, motorbikes, or use power equipment.
• Providing assistance with questions on the product portfolio, import/export procedures, first-level technical support, complaints, and support with the use of the IoT technologies these vehicles are equipped with, including apps.
• Utilising language skills in French to provide outstanding customer service and support.
