 Customer Success Coordinator
 Location: Bury
 Salary: £25,
 Consultants: Ben Harrison
 Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Bury who are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join their busy team.
 Working hours are – Full Time Monday to Friday 
 As Customer Success Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for over customers, the main responsibilities of this role will be:
 Obtain a thorough understanding of the business
 Manage upwards of existing customers
 Develop relationships with new and existing customers
 Be the main point of contact
 Handle requests and enquiries in a timely manner
 Liaise with internal and external departments
 Maintain the CRM System
 Skills required as Customer Success Coordinator: –
