Customer Success & Data Insights Engineer

The Customer Success & Data Insights Engineer is responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to support decision-making and provide insights to the organization. The role applies statistical and analytical methods to explore data, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and extract actionable insights. The role helps organization make data-driven decisions, optimize processes, and achieve their strategic objectives.
