Customer Success Executive - Remote Job

This is a remote position. Understand queries coming from new prospects, engage and understand their needs Research and recommend courses, community activities, etc based on their needs Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job Build and maintain professional networks Make phone calls, converse over audio and text messaging with prospective customers Open to working late night or early morning shiftto support international customers Requirements Excellency in people interaction skills Ability to think independently and innovatively Self-motivated and goal-oriented , desire to deliver results Good command in English Knowledge of Google Suite and any CRM software (Ex: Zoho CRM) Ability to negotiate and understanding of prospects needs , c...
