At Revenue Gear, we call our Customer Success team the Value Promise Team because their primary responsibility is ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes from our platform.
This is a highly operational role that sits at the intersection of customer success, operations, and technology. You will work directly with customers, help them adopt the platform, set up operational processes, and ensure they continuously discover value from Revenue Gear.
This is not a support role. You will become a trusted partner to customers and play a key role in customer retention, adoption, and growth.
