Job Description
Lead and manage the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Manage a team of 7 of TAM / AM
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer experience with our software solutions.
Monitor customer feedback and proactively address any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
