About the Role

This is a strategic and high-impact position that serves as a key enabler for the Enterprise and Global Delivery Partners (GDP) department for UK & Ireland. The Operations Analytics Manager will be responsible for provisioning strategic reporting and deep‑dive analysis of our operations. A unique and critical aspect of this role is providing advanced analytics consulting to our top strategic partners (large restaurant chains), helping them grow their businesses, optimise their operations, and maximise their partnership value. Critically, this role provides excellent exposure to senior leadership and external executive teams through direct analytical work supporting our most strategically important brands.

The successful candidate will be a technical, business‑savvy problem‑solver who can translate complex data into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
