We’re looking for a Tech Touch Customer Success Manager to partner with SMB customers to drive product adoption, stickiness and use‑case expansion throughout the customer lifecycle. You will guide our customers through understanding their business objectives, breaking them down into tactical steps, and continuously prioritising next‑best actions using data and AI insights from our Customer Success tech stack.
