About the Role

CrowdStrike is looking for a Customer Success Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing Customer Success Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with Technical Support, Technical Account Management, and Sales teams to execute operational activities that drive customer success and business growth. Utilizing your deep understanding of our Customer Success tools and processes, you will assist in providing end‑user support internally. You will also identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to increase efficiency and scalability. Our mission is to stop breaches, and you will be a key part of our ability to deliver on that mission.
