Customer Success & SAP Order Specialist

Link-Worldwide is looking for a diligent individual to manage customer inquiries and sale orders efficiently in Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, Estado de México. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and reviewing orders, creating quotations, and ensuring accurate documentation in SAP.

Your role includes following up on logistics, assisting customers with post-sale inquiries, and validating replacements and payment conditions. A strong organizational skill set will be essential to succeed in this position.
