About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic, partner-focused Customer Success Specialist to drive onboarding, retention, and relationship health across our B2B accounts. You’ll be the voice of the partner internally—ensuring their goals are met, escalations are resolved, and opportunities are unlocked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding of new B2B partners - could be virtual or F2F
  • Conduct regular check-ins, KYC (office address, contract status, org changes) , health reviews, and upsell conversations
  • Coordinate with Helpdesk, QA, and TQC to ensure partner-impacting issues are resolved
  • Maintain and update partner dashboards, feedback loops, and escalation logs
