Customer Support Executive

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries from international clients and providing prompt and effective solutions while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately record customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company processes and quality standards.
