Role Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Spanish language Customer Support Executive based opposite the Expo Center in Johar Town, Lahore.
In this role, you will handle customer queries, provide support via chat and email, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also document customer interactions and assist in improving service processes.
