Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual Korean/English)

Onsite – 6 Month Contract-to-Hire (Office Locations: Pittsburgh, PA or Chesterfield, MO)



Oxford Solutions has a contract-to-hire opening for a Customer Support Specialist with bilingual fluency in Korean and English to join our client’s online healthcare team.



Responsibilities




  • Answer inbound calls and resolve patient, doctor, and insurer inquiries

  • Provide accurate support for healthcare and pharmacy programs; triage when needed

  • Document call information and maintain confidentiality of patient data

  • Use knowledge base tools and follow company protocols

  • Meet performance targets and contribute to improving patient experience

  • Stay current on product updates and process changes
