We are a fast-growing online Fintech Company dedicated to delivering the best entertainment experience to our players. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and bilingual Customer Support Agent based in Chile to join our international team.

What You Will Do

  • Provide top-tier support to our players via Live Chat and Email, ensuring fast and accurate resolutions
  • Assist players with account verification processes (KY C), deposit/withdrawal inquiries, and bonus explanations
  • Identify and elevate technical issues or potential fraudulent activities (AML alerts)
  • Promote Responsible Gamin practices and guide players according to our compliance policies
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) while adapting to the fast-paced nature of the iGaming industry
