CUSTOMS CLEARANCE COORDINATOR | DUBLIN | PERMANENT

ON OFFER|

  • Working hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Full-time position
  • Base salary: negotiable depending on level of experience

    • THE ROLE|

    The successful candidate will ensure timely customs declarations, maintain compliance with Irish Revenue and AEO standards, and coordinate efficiently with customers, internal teams, and state authorities.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

  • Complete import/export customs declarations, ENS, and PBN documentation
  • Coordinate customs clearance activities across multiple transport modes
  • Liaise with customers, ports, and regulatory authorities to obtain required documentation
  • Ensure VAT and duty payments are authorised and processed correctly
